Principals Background:

James Bouteris

Mr. James Bouteris has acted as one of the most experienced Real Estate Agents in the Greater Sydney area for over 15 years. Transacting, consulting, and appraising for many thousands of freehold or leasehold owners and occupants of all types of real property.

In addition, Mr. James Bouteris has completed his Advanced Certificate in Property Agency and completed his Degree in Business majoring in Property through the University of Western Sydney. He is an unrestricted valuer with no limits and an Associate member of the Australian property Institute.

James maintains the highest standards and ethics within his Industry. Our company adheres to the RULES OF CONDUCT and CODE OF ETHICS as outlined by the API Professional Practice Standards Manual. NSW Registration No. 19295

Chris Mitrothanasis

Chris Mitrothanasis has completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) at University of Western Sydney. He is an unrestricted valuer with no limits and Certified Practicing Valuer for 3yrs under the Australian Property Institute.

He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute of NSW as a Associate member. Chris owned his well established business called City Wide Valuations specializing in Residential and Commercial Property. Chris also has been a valuer for 11yrs and a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 15yrs.

Chris maintains the highest standards and ethics within his Industry. Our company adheres to the RULES OF CONDUCT and CODE OF ETHICS as outlined by the API Professional Practice Standards Manual. NSW Registration No. 19548.

 

 

Chris Makomaski


After completion of four years of study at the Sydney Institute of Technology, I became an Associate of the Commonwealth Institute of valuers in 1974.

On 28 May 2001 I was elevated as a fellow of the Institute. I am also an Associate of the Institute of Consulting Valuers.

For the period 1968 to 1982 I was employed as General Manager and Licensee of Harvey Real Estate (Brighton) where I specialised in dealing with developers as a purchasing consultant and was involved in the introduction of villa development to Sydney.

At the beginning of 1982 I joined TAFE as a teacher of Real Estate and Valuation at the Petersham College of TAFE and ultimately headed the Real Estate Department.
Whilst employed by the Sydney Institute of Technology I conducted with permission a small private valuation practice.

Since 1997 I have specialised in non mortgage valuations primarily for government
departments and Institutes and have developed a reputation as a reliable expert in the provision of evidence in court proceedings for the legal provision.
Privately I am married with two adult daughters and am active member of Rotary International. My consultancies include the public Trustee’s Office, Hunters Hill Council and Burwood Council.
