Business Name      

Our firm was registered in January 2009 with the view of providing a service in the property valuation and consultation industry hence the name NSW Valuation Service Pty Ltd trading as NSW Valuation Services.

We provide professional services for all classes of property including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and rural. In addition, our firm and its staff are Valuers and Appraisers of Real property (freehold and leasehold) and corporations and Businesses. We also provide Property Consultants and Advisers. We are registered by the NSW Office of Fair Trading to value without limitation all types of entitles to any value and are Associate members of the Australian Property Institute.

Professional
Our staff is fully qualified Property Valuers, Quantity Surveyors, Economists and other allied property professionals. We adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct and must always act in our client's best interests.

Independent
We do not sell property and are not real estate agents. We simply provide professional property services to you for an agreed fee. Therefore you know the advice we provide is totally independent, impartial and unbiased.

Experienced
We operate in the property market every day and have the knowledge and insights to give you an advantage in your property decisions.   

 

Our Role

NSW Valuation Services has forged a niche in the market working with professional groups and their clients by promptly delivering relevant information and property advice. Many professionals have a periodic need to access accurate advice for clients who have, or may wish to have, a property element in their portfolios.

This advice may include but not be limited to advice on valuation and appraisal, development feasibility, marketing and sales capability, development funding, investment analysis, risk management and opportunity identification.

Because of the broad nature of our consulting practice we can offer the above service on a broad spectrum of property including retail, residential, commercial, industrial and developments.

Our firm’s vision is based on a high level of service, integrity and accuracy of all works and correspondence. This vision allows for a positive working relationship with clients and the reputation that results in regular referral work.


Team Profile and Qualifications

NSW Valuation Valuers only employ members of the Australian Property Institute, who have attained the necessary tertiary qualifications and experience to complete valuation assessments.

All directors and management staff are actively involved in the provision of valuation services with the key element being diligence with respect to quality control.

All valuation staff is trained in company procedures and has the necessary tertiary qualifications and local experience to provide clients with an accurate interpretation of market data. NSW Valuation 

Experience has no substitute in the valuation profession. All our valuer’s are encouraged to undergo regular training to assist in the process of learning and improving their craft.

The ongoing commitment to training provided by NSW Valuation Valuers is a key element to ensuring the future of our business and its importance in the valuation environment.

NSW Valuation Services has two principals James Bouteris (Partner) and Shane Parker (Associate Partner) together with 2 associates; Chris Mitro and Chris Makameski.
